Blizzard!

Here are a couple pictures for your enjoyment. The top one was taken this morning at 9am out of my office window. The second one is an older picture I took after a previous snow storm. The difference is amazing.

Hmmm... Putfile.com seems to have changed the size of their thumbnails. Well you'll have to survive.

We are expecting the blizzard to last for today and tomorrow

I should have stayed home today.

I'm not going anywhere. James, however, gets to drive in this all day.

Poor James. If I remember correctly he has some good snow tires on that focus wagon. He's probably driven the routes so many times he could do it in his sleep.

Excellent pictures. I'm spending at least one extra day in Regina because of the storm hitting Yorkton hard. My coworkers told me not to try driving in it.

Well I can drive the routes in my sleep but it is having everyone out there that is the problem..."Duh I've been living here for 20 years but I don't know how to drive in the snow or stop at a red light without sitting in the middle of the intersection."

I could see maybe a car length past the end of my car for most of the day but when it got less than that I decided to end my shift early. (good timing as my boss also phoned me and said that we were quitting early)

A$$hole$ everywhere on the road.

For the first time in over 20 years the Lab shut down early because of weather. Last time was about 22 years ago because of extreme rainfall.

But I got to drive in the snow today too...woo hoo...Can't wait for Friday to be over and this bad week can end.

On the plus side I still get paid for all day on Wednesday even though I ended work 3.5 hours early.
